I have a lot of old hard drives, some of which are still working and others are damaged. My project is collect the sounds produced during start-up. To do this i use a digital recorder zoom h4n using the two incorporated microphones and two 'diy'ed contact microphones additionally. This racing vehicles recording 2 track. It might be viable for use in racing and driving video games.
